CWF Scramble Against Cancer Golf Tournament '09

Join us this July for the sixth CWF Scramble Against Cancer Golf Tournament!

WHEN: Saturday, July 16, 2011.

WHERE: This year's Scramble will be be held at the Thornapple Pointe Golf Course in Grand Rapids, MI. We're currently working on block hotel arrangements in Grand Rapids.

WHAT: The scramble tourney will have a 9:00 a.m. ET shotgun start. Players will compete in foursomes. Trophies will be awarded to players, and we'll also hold a silent auction.

All proceeds benefit the Carl Wilson Foundation. The full golf package includes 18 holes of golf plus a cart, a BBQ burger/brat lunch at the turn, a gourmet buffet dinner, and beverages and beer on the course. CWF golf shirts will be available in a choice of colors (as an add-on item), as well as meal packages for spectators. Meal options will include a BBQ lunch at the turn and a buffet dinner. Please note that the pricing for this year has changed from previous Scrambles.

Golf Package = $125 per person; $145 with CWF golf shirt

Spectator Packages are also available, with and without CWF golf shirt options.


Golf package without shirt =  $125 per person

Golf package with shirt =  $145 per person

Lunch/Dinner only without shirt =  $55 per person

Lunch/Dinner only with shirt =  $75 per person

Shirt purchased for delivery at event =  $25 per person

Shirt purchased for shipment =  $30 per person

Please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and choice of shirt size and color (if ordering a shirt) in your contact information. If you are registering as a foursome, please provide contact information and shirt preferences for everyone in the group.

CWF SHIRTS

Again this year, we will be offering golf shirts for purchase. Your choice of colors for the golf shirts will be pretty extensive (see color chart), with a choice of embroidery thread of either navy or white. If pre-ordered for attendees, the golf shirts will be $25 and will be there waiting for you the day of the event. If ordered after the July 1st deadline or for delivery by mail, the price is $30 (includes shipping/handling to mail the shirt to you). ALL golf shirt orders need to be in no later than July 1, 2011 in order to receive your shirt the day of the event and to avoid mailing charges. Please state your shirt and thread color preference when ordering.
